mommy & me

This nurturing 35 minute class is designed for moms and their pre-crawling babies to bond through gentle movement, relaxation, and connection. Together, you’ll explore simple poses, breathing techniques, and stretches that are safe and beneficial for postpartum recovery, while giving your little one a calm, supportive environment to relax and explore. No yoga experience needed—just bring a mat, a blanket for baby, and get ready to enjoy some special bonding time!
