To avoid a $10.00 late cancellation fee as well as forfeit one of your booked classes on your package or membership you must cancel within 12 hours of your booked class.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to check in. Please note, if you have not checked in 2 minutes before class, your spot will be given away to someone on the waitlist.

We do not offer refunds on any classes, workshops, memberships, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.

Yes, the Exhale817 room is heated, using infrared technology to 85-95 degrees. Infrared heat promotes detoxification and blood circulation for healthy skin, increases flexibility and relieves sore muscles. We recommend you hydrate well the night before class and be prepared to sweat!

Monthly contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. If you purchase a 3-month commitment contract, you will be billed each month.

Memberships begin on the date of purchase.

There is a $100 early termination fee for 3-month commitment contracts.

To redeem, you must show a current, valid ID to our front desk staff who will issue the discount for you directly.
